first of all - i thought the title of this movie is Battle of Wits - not Wisdom...hmm...
anyway, the movie is good - mostly because of its casts. i like practically all the actors - except for Fan Bing Bing. really wished that they didn't include in the romance between her and Andy Lau's character - it's totally inappropriate in my opinion. her character is only there to give some "yin" aura to this battle film.
the storyline was good - with a few surprises in stored, but the ending left much to be desired. the war scenes was great. (really love all those archers!).
watch this movie, but don't expect to come out fully satisfied. |
