I thought the whole movie was good. This was another great example of a movie that Robin was allowed some "freedom" to do what he does best, ad-lib comedy. He showed again, that he is one of the best at it.
I loved the whole concept of the movie. With the current political climate, debates/discussions/concerns about the electronic voting machines, and the corporation corruption/greed, this movie touched on and made fun of all the subjects at the same time. I liked the way the romantic part came into play too. The comedic talk show host who before never had the time for any. Robin again showed that he can be both funny and dramatic. I have yet to be disappointed in a movie that Robin has done, regardless of it's genre.
I highly recommend this film, especially to anybody who is a Williams fan. There were times I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. It's funny to read the "professional" critics' review. It's obvious that they either don't like and/or care for Williams. It's like that because they have "critic" in their job title, that that's the only thing they can do. Most of the time I have found, that if they don't like a movie, then I will. |
