I loved this film - it is about women who aren't obsessing about looks, wrinkles, weight, jobs - just helping out one another through one more (unwanted) transition that real life brings us. I laughed out loud and wanted to know where to sign up to go on the next trip with them. We all have a little bit of each one of these ladies inside us (including the ugly step daughter)and it really spoke to me about stepping out of our protected dull life and into a little adventure, no matter what age or what scares us. And about trying to see others points of view and feelings. This is a movie I want to own so on a rainy day I can curl up on the couch and enjoy without having to worry about excess violence, graphic language and the like. Wonderful! |
