A movie that truthfully shows what the Irish had to endure during the time after the Uprising and then the ensuing Civil War. It's nice to have a more historically accurate film that doesn't try to sugar coat the treatment the Irish received at the hands of the "foreign aggressors" that stole their land, their language, their religion, and their lives. |
