It is entirely fitting that Kane Hodder stars as the monster, Victor Crowley, in this true to it's tagline, "Old School American Horror" movie.
Since he has already played Jason Voorhees a number of times, why not do it this time, without the mask, running around the woods chopping up complete idiots in an extremely gory and graphic manner? The plot? What plot? During Mardi Gras, some people take a haunted boat tour through the swamp, only to hear about the legend of Victor Crowley. And then...BAM! Before heads can roll, people begin dropping like flies by the hatchet of Victor Crowley. A mixture of humor and really bloody and drawn out murders, this movie is exactly like a Friday the 13th flick, only pumped up severel notches, and on Crystal Meth. Die hard horror fans, should, however, take note and catch this one. Or else!!! |
