DayWatch integrated fantasy and high tech visual effects with an old, oriental culture that clearly contrasts with our own. Russians are old pro's at magic and parapsychology, and they optimized this in the story, which was too confusing for me to follow. They certainly produce outstanding actors, which put many of ours to shame. |
