This movie really touched my heart!! I don't know how long it's been since I've seen a heart warming story but "Penelope" is the heart warming story of the year!! This poor little girl is hidden from people all her life and all she ever wanted was acceptance. She realized that you have to love yourself before loving someone else. Penelope finaly sets out on her own discovering many wonderful things in life that she missed.
Ricci has done a superb job!!! She has portrayed this character remarkable and made this character believable. Ricci was charming, delightful, and really made me cry alot.
This movie is it!! this is a MUST SEE with your kids. The other thing I liked is it also taught me a lesson in life. I suffer from MS and I can't do the things I used to do. This movie taught me that it's ok to be who you are and accept it and love yourself. Talk amongst yourselfs.....I'm ferklempt!!!!!!!
Out of ten pop corn boxes, this rates a +10 all the way! GO SEE IT!!! |
