Here's a movie that could not have been made in America. The visuals are superb and quite unique for the movies, truly a graphic novel come to life. The story is classic noir, and the movies biggest failing is that it falls back on the cliche's of this genre a little too readily, however, there is more than enough originality and style here for even the most jaded moviegoer. |
