Surf's Up is a refreshing movie that everybody MUST see. I admit that I assumed this movie was only imitating previous movies. It is not just another carbon copy of preceding penguin movies (i.e. Happy Feet, March of the Penguins, etc.}. This has been the best penguin movie I have seen by far, not only because it is different from most, but also because of the interesting characters, beautiful setting, and awesome moves. It seems like Surf's Up is one of those movies where the saying, "The best is saved for last," would apply. Surf's Up is a great family movie, or a movie just for yourself. This movie presents everyone the positive message of beating to the sound of your own drum. It is easy to lose yourself in the movie's waves and makes you want to surf! If you want to surf the tube, laugh until you cry, or relax with hilarious characters, then I strongly urge you to watch Surf's Up! |
