To sum this movie in one word: depressing. Unlike the trailers that lead you to believe this movie is twisted tail of love seeking to overcome death, it's nothing more then an eccentric trip through an 'Emo' wonderland. The premise behind the movie, once seen, if pretty interesting and the performances delivered are well done, but the story in and of itself simply sucks. It's hard finding any sympathy for any of the characters and the ending leaves you wishing for something different. No need to watch Ebert & Roeper, this movie is totally two thumbs down. |
