Mostly, in todays society, critics are looking for "artistic" movies, films that speak volumes. Arthur and the Invisibles was meant to be a childrens film, simple and magical, and has thus succeded. However, it has surpassed a simple childrens film has been embraced as a fantastic family film, one which even adults could enjoy......assuming they leave their skepticism behind and simply try to see the movie as it is, a great film that portrays a world we all wish we could experience. |
