I am a 48 year old father from Northern California. I have 5 daughters, 10 to 21, with the eldest at Davis, the next at Cornell, and the next on her way to USF.
Today, I saw the Nancy Drew movie with my 10-year-old.
This movie provides a great role model for girls. Nancy Drew does not allow the alienation of the so-called cool kids to hamper her character. She is just too cool for these so-called cool and hip kids.
In any event, with the trailer trash of Hilton et al, this movie was a breath of fresh air. |
