Overall enjoyed the experience although some of the lines the actors had to say were cliched. Leonardo DiCaprio is amazingly good - he reminds me of some movie icons like Gable and William Holden - he proves he can be a chameleon when it comes to portraying character. Djimon Hounsou is touching but sometimes over the top. Jennifer Connelly has some of the most clumsy lines, where she sounds like she is on a soapbox, getting a little too preachy, but overall she portrays a strong woman with convictions and no pushover. Recommend this highly. |
