Other reviews led me to believe I would see a mystery described, that would end without an informative conclusion. On the contrary, they point fingers, and name the guilty, as far as they could without getting sued.
Forgive me for giving away the heart of the story, but the electric car was not a failure in the marketplace. Manufacturer's only allowed leases of the vehicles, and pulled them away from buyers to fight a politcal battle, and preserve the gasoline engine/fuel infrasture.
Now that the cat is out of the bag, the electric car will return. Did you know that a Prius can be modified to plug in overnight, and get the equivalent of 125 mpg?
Don't expect Star Wars, but this is a must see movie -in the way one needed to see Farenheit 911. There is a liberal slant to the film, but it is a natural view, given a who-sold-us-out story. |
