Sad and educational story. As our soldiers are dying in Iraq to satisfy US oil thirst, the least we can do is to see this film and vote with our consumer buck for the environmentally clean cars. While electricity now is generated by coal-fueled power plants, the solar-generated electricity is just around the corner. As a US citizen, I feel for GM employees, but a greater justice was served by the fact that Toyota can't make hybrid cars fast enough to meet our demand, while GM killed EV1 due to the "lack of consumer interest" and now is shutting down even more plants. GM is surely getting a Darwin Award from me for their corporate stupidity and blindness. The dumb one dies first. Go, GM, go! |
