This movie is absolutely wonderful. Every moment that my friend and I sat in the theater watching this film was a delight!!! Renee Zelwigger's acting, as well as all the other actors, was top notch. The story itself, was very interesting and actually inspiring, based upon the real life of Beatrix Potter, the famous writer and illustrator of children's books. Her struggles as a single woman in the early 1900's in England, the men in her life, her family, all interwoven into a very delightful film. And, I have to mention the photography and scenery... ABSOLUTELY
GORGEOUS AND NOT TO BE MISSED. I simply cannot understand why this film isn't more widely distributed... it's only playing at one theater in this area... UNFORGIVEABLE how the theaters are so quick to pick up trashy, poorly made films, and not a film like this one. Anyway, find out where this film is playing in your area, and drive whatever distance you need to, and SEE IT!! |
