This movie was a breath of fresh air. I actually went to se it with my 18 year old son who is a Freshman in college. Megan Goode has matured as an actress and this may b some of her best work. I am an african american male who went to see the movie in Salt Lake City, Utah where the audience wss 90% white. At the end of the film the quote from Dr. King got major applause.
This film will be a trendsetter just like Drumline. Now more than ever you division one college bands stepping up their programs. |
