And guys, if you have to go, be forewarned. Sure, I'm not the target demographic for this, but at the same time, I've seen plenty of "chick flicks" better than this one (and trust me, this is the EPITOME of the term).
The problems in this movie are several - not only are the situations completely improbable, but the dialogue is awful and its just NOT FUNNY! It's ridiculous. There are some good actors in this and they have to suffer through so much cheese and corn they can't get through all the carbohydrates and calories. Completely predictable, too "cute" which doesn't work and uses every cliche' in the book. Ladies, come on, you're smarter than this. It's a waste. Rent "Love Actually" instead. |
