Just what was needed! NO Over done hollywood movie. As a small child I saw this plane crash. I lived thru the years to follow in the town of Huntington Wv. Later going to Marshall myself. I think the story line worked for the story if it had had alot of hollywood flash in the movie it would have taken away for the story. My hat off to the dircetor. You got it right. Acting was the best. Coach was the best he seemed like a real person not a copy of what hollywood thinks he should have been a little odd, a little like some one we all know. He will make you laugh that's for sure. Tears are not hard to come by in this movie. Remember this was 1970 things were different then and i think they got it right. Took me back to a simplier time. The movie company gave people in the town a chance to be apart of the movie with exrta's and that was cool. It's a movie that men and women alike will enjoy and feel good about. Go see the movie it's sure to be one of the best this holiday season and worth the time and money. There are many movies i wanted to see this season and i picked this one because of the personal connection but my husband who didn't have that person connection coudln't stop talking about it and trust me he norally leave the movies and I have to ask if he liked it. Not this time. Everyone coming out of the movie was talking and you don't see that much anymore. People connected to this movie. Treat yourself to a great movie this HOLIDAY SEASON AND SEE IT.
