I'm not a fan of JCVD in general and I wasn't expecting much from this film. But it certainly surprised me.
Apparantly, JCVD can act. He actually did a good job here, although a little more emotion would have been nice. He doesn't shout at all and only gets angry once.
Some of the editing a little bit off, but the various types of camera used made the film more watchable, such as using handheld digital cameras and nightvision. It gave the film a sense of realism.
While this film isn't going to win any awards, it's good to watch if you have 90 minutes to spare. |
