It's shocking how many people here have not seen the film either by admission or by the obvious unrelated rancour in their so-called "reviews". This is why the Yahoo user reviews are meaningless.
I, for one, HAVE seen the movie. Without getting into too much detail, the all-controlling Guy Pearce is one of the better Andrew Warholas to grace the screen. While Hayden Christensen is OK but somewhat unbelievable as Billy's obvious Mr X to Bob Dylan.
Sienna. Oh, Sienna. Is there a film in which you won't take off your clothes? I mean, I'm all for it, but come on now. A fine performance to be sure, but I fear this is all it will be remembered for. |
