Whoa- what a film. We saw the movie with three friends. Stay in your seat until the credits are completely finished! When the film ended, we turned to each other and we all said, "Whoa, that was intense". An powerful, autobiographical film with an intensity along the lines of Crash or Kids (1995). This is one of the best films I have seen in the last 10 years. What is more amazing is this is the director's first film. The cast is nothing short of dazling and it is no accident this film won best director and best ensemble cast at Sundance. Go, but be ready to steam rolled by a powerful experience you are not soon to forget. |
