..film for all to see.
Great acting, good storyline and phenomenal singing.
I would definitely do research on the film, as I've noticed a few reviews have stated that there was too much singing. As most of us know, by know, this was based upon a broadway musical 25 years ago so...YES, singing is very pivotal in this film.Also, go with an open mind, if you're reading this.
IMO, it's kinda sad that Beyonce's fanatical fans are hyping up her like she's this ultimate queen. Let's face facts, if Jennifer Hudson wasn't in this movie, Beyonce (average at best acting skills) would be in more scrutiny than they are now and even for some they claim (Jennifer Hudson, not Beyonce) saved the movie, so there's definitely room up at the top. I'm cluess as to why Beyonce and her fanatical fans are so jealous of anyone taking the spotlight from her.
Beyonce IMO is just an average actress at best, although her singing is definitely improved with the original song, "Listen", which I thought was good. But, I just thought Beyonce was out of her league with Jennifer, Anika and even the other girl. But not to take anything away from Beyonce, as she did good in the role, as she's use to playing roles like that, so how can she messed that up, right? ok, enough of the rant.
Anyways, go check it out..It will evoked so many emotions, you will be talking about it for days... |
