Just plain stupid!

While movies are not necessarily supposed to be realistic they could at least make some sense. The astronaut farmer is able to afford to build a rocket ship that oribts the earth, but is about to lose his farm and can not afford $80 worth of groceries. His wife goes to the grocery store to buy groceries on credit and the card is rejected, so they don't get the groceries yet they are shown eating numerous meals after that.
He finally gets in space loses contact with earth and just sits there all night long with everybody on earth wondering where he is. Suddenly he opens a compartment right in front of him and plugs 2 wires together and his space ship is magically ok.
If you are tired and need a nap, then this movie is for you. |
