I hurts me to see that americans are discouraged from watching history that shows the not so good side of people other than those considered "minorities." A movie with drugs, gangs, and wars are okay and have an easy ability to view for the world to see the people as menance and disgraceful, yet a movie comes about explaining pieces of history in why we are so called menance etc.. and it is not available. This was an excellent movie, and there was no play time given in my state. I wish americans would try and understand what the world have done to people of color and try and truly find an appropriate solution and not just a bandage solution. I hope one day the world we as Americans we see the history and why many countries do not like America's government and how they bline our eyes with different stories to cover the truth. To many of those our there whom feels as though all other countries are just ungreatful because of all the money the our government "gives" to the foreign countries, i like to consider it the intrest that our government have earned off of destroying their lands, etc.. This is not an excuse to the behaviors to of the people its just meant that every after every cause there is an effect and in order to fix the effect properly you have to understand the cause.. |
