This movie is excellent. First don't spend your time on plausability issues. (Is it really plausable that the United States is squandering its lives and resources based on the chain of events of the last 5 years?) This movie made me feel like I was part of the cast, observing humans at their worst and absolute best. It provides ORIGINAL ideas that hit you like a car crash. This film is better that 2001 because you do not need a altered state of mind for it to really make sense to you. It is better than Event Horizon, a movie I also love because it does not depend on a unknown force-It's all people in SUNSHINE with their weaknesses and strengths amplified by stress. It's better than any of the ALIEN movies (a series I also watch at least once a year) because I find it more plausable than the dozens of lucky breaks needed for each movie in the series. SEE THIS MOVIE! |
