I'm a history buff and I remember the original scandal. I thought this would be fascinating. But there wasn't a moment when I cared about anyone or anything in this movie. It didn't even seem like a big-stakes deal to me. The whol thing reminded me of the B-grade movies I used to see at matinees when I was a kid. One guy walked out of the showing I attended and I think I should have followed him. |
