You know, I love Kiefer Sutherland and "24" (In 96 hours, Jack Bauer has killed 93 people and saved the world 4 times. What have you done with your life) and political thrillers. And since this movie combined all those things I thought it would be pretty decent.
And it is decent if not forgettable. But, as far as I am concerned, decent is not worthy of my money or time. Look, I can watch decent on TV whenever I want.
The only thing "The Sentinel" really did for me was made me seriously wonder why Kiefer Sutherland would be in a movie that isn't even half as interesting, entertaining or thrilling as his TV show.
If you plan to watch this, you might as well just go to Blockbuster and rent the "24" DVDs. It's cheaper and you'll enjoy it a whole lot more. |
