Finally, finally, I left the movie not feeling ashamed to be black. No one got shot. There were no pimps, ho's, nor crackheads. Black people had jobs and money. No booty shaker "drop it like it's hot" babes with weaves, no baby mama's. This movie was for everyone. All who left the movie left feeling good, feeling hopeful, and wanting to live life better than they have. As you sit there watching; you know that this is only a movie, a fiction tale of someone's genius mind. But, you can not deny the reality of needing to live your own life as is you face your "Last Holiday". Thank you for all involved in this picture for giving me a happy moment and new hope in my life.
