This was not my favorite by any means, but it did have everything I had hoped for and expected from a modern teenage slasher flick. There was the group of attractive young students and their spring break trip. There was the ever-popular masked psycho killer recently escaped from the asylum. There was the token fat kid who had his own agenda. There was completely bizarre gore and plenty of strange and creepy sights and sounds (in the funhouse/ride) to complement the freakiness behind it all. The acting was decent and the story was curious. All in all, I didn't feel like it was a waste of time by any means and I'm glad I got to be freaked out in the theater. |
