The president has a short form to declare nuclear war (gee, all this time I thought that only Congress could declare war) and John Mybooty flips off John Lithgow! Those are only two parts worthy of attention! The blondy is hawt but what is she doing wearing a neglige in jail???? Don't bother torturing yourself, this movie is corny 80s sci-fi to the extreme!
