The best word to describe this movie would be the word clever. But as one of my friends so graciously uttered while walking out of the theatre, "Lucky Number Slevin brings the word clever to a new maximum."
This movie has everything that you could want in it. Great comedy, cool murders, hot girl (Lucy Liu), and an amazing plot that coming into the movie, absolutely no one would be able to guess what is going to happen in the end.
Though confusing at first, in the end it all comes to a great conclusion, making it one of the smartest movies of the year. If you have not seen Lucky Number Slevin yet, go see it. It's worth the price of admission, and then some. |
