This movie favors the positions and motivations of the Jews and Americans over the British and Arabs. It shows a limited history from the American/Israeli version (or revision). It does include the British / European version of history. The film does not go into the local tragedies that lead to the happenings of this tale. A truly impartial telling would have included telling what happened to the British civilians, military and diplomats in Palestine between 1943 and 1947. |
