Everything about this movie is awesome and beautifully done. Starting with Penelope Cruz, who proves she deserves an Oscar nomination, this movie is filled with several heart warming performances. I was convinced that Meryl Streep should win the best actress Oscar for "The Devil Wears Prada," but not anymore. I think Penelope Cruz is more deserving.
The script is about women, young and old, doing their damnest to survive the cruel world they live in.
Dark secrets and withering sins engulf each of their respective personal lives. Their tasks are to endure the arduous and find a way to rise above it all. The nice thing is rather than to whine they take the bull by the horns.
I suggest you go see the movie to see what happens as a result!
This is a very good movie and I give it two thumbs up! |
