among the crowd, 10,000 electric guitars were groovin real loud...(Monterey, where Brian introduced Jimi Hendrix to the pop world), event, movie, and song of the same name.
Judging from the trailer, Brian's real life was more exciting than the movie. He was certainly better looking than the actor that plays him. His elegantly wasted style, which Jagger and Richards copied, was certainly more over the top than they show here, too. But all in all, it looks like they captured the Brian Jones' essence. To those who feel, life is a tragedy. To those who think, like is a comedy. Jones was a thinker, so his life was a comedy. Certainly, he got the joke, if no one else. |
