I had watched FD1 and FD2 for more than 10 times each, and was wondering if I would be stuck by the third one's charm like the first two. Now I know that this one, FD3, is way better than FD1 and FD2 added together and squared.
Although the story is based on the same plot with the first two, everything's very fresh. The premonition is mysteriously interesting. The scenes where the teenagers die are well-plotted and all are SPECTACULAR. There were very loud screams followed by huge applause in the theater every time someone dies. I, seriously, was shivering from the first scene where the rollercoaster crashed to the last minute. It's a great combination of suspense/horror and action.
I don't understand why the critics rate FD3 that low. Although people's opinions vary, the average rating shouldn't be less than a B+.
FD1 and 2 were awesome but FD3 is the BEST. I will be badly sorry if they are not making FD4. |
