This movie was poorly planned. I wouldn't be shocked if they wrote, cast and filmed this movie in the same day/week. This movie is a 13th warrior/beauty and the beast mix. I wish I could get the brain cells back that I lost from watching this movie. As far as casting goes the warriors seemed really weak, and scrony. Not one of them striked me as a tough guy. Poor dilogue, bad acting and lack of any real accent from the characters pretty much killed any chance of me losing myself in the movie. The beast was the cheapest costume I have ever seen. I would be ashamed to say I created it.
If it wasn't for the two women characters there wouldn't have been anything visually entertaining in this movie. The story line could have been much better had anyone with some talent written it. With the hour or so I wasted watching this movie I could have re written a story that would have at least made this movie somewhat worth watching.
I gave the movie a D+ over all, ranking it up there with Pushing Tin and other horrible films that completely waste our time and money. |
