Forget the critics and watch it for yourself. Enter the theater with little expectations of the movie, and you'll leave the theater feeling good about the movie. That's how I felt after watching it.
I read critics' reviews (negative ones) and was hesitant to even go watch the movie at all. I was actually pressured to go watch it since it was my birthday and there wasn't much else to do in this little town nor are there really any other good movies out there that are worth watching at this present time. So "NEXT" was the best of the choices we had as we all came out of the movie talking and discussing about it because it does leave you thinking.
The action and suspense kept me satisfied to the very end. The acting wasn't superb, but the story, the action, and the sequence of events made it a very entertaining movie me and the party I went with.
My favorite moments in the movie were when the characters worked hand in hand with one another battling the bad guys using and trusting in the leading character's psychic abilities. The ending of the movie had a nice twist that should keep you thinking and talking about it. But forget the critics and the reviews. Go watch it for yourself. I'm glad I was pressured in actually going to see it. It's worth the movie ticket and the popcorn. What else is there to do anyways?
This movie is good for the more intelligent viewers and maybe not for the teenage action pack 'Spiderman' movie goers. |
