I'm sorry this is serious source material but I can't take this movie with a straight face. Plays like good gun fu or bollywood without the songs. The movie is good, but this film was already made for t.v. Leans pretty hard on earlier films from the espionage genre. And has moments of pure kitsch.
This movie reaches for the high moral ground, and proves the perils of a spy v.s. spy, eye for an eye world. But this is a smart action movie, not life lessons from a rabbi. |
