OK, first off, this movie shouldn't have been called 'Fast and the Furious', it's a completely new movie that doesn't have the cast from the first two films. However, in my opinion, this was the best of all three F&F movies.
This is a fun summer movie to watch with friends. I was surprised at how polished and slick the whole movie looked. The storyline isn't complex, but it does the job. The driving scenes are amazing, there are a lot of cool action shots and scenes of Japan, and there is great driving music as well. Of course, the women in this movie were very hot. Basically, all the visuals and sounds are great.
I also like how at the end, the movie had the warning about how dangerous drifting is and not to attempt it.
This movie was surprisingly good. Who knew the QB from 'Friday Night Lights' and Bow Wow could be good in a slick car movie? |
