Everyone I know loves this movie. If you like seeing weak British kids fighting over nonsense then this movie just might be for you. I`ll admit its not a terrible flick but its not worthy of the hordes of praise it gets from the fanboys. The acting is very poor by a few of the actors, cough Claire Forlani, cough. Elijah Wood couldn`t beat up a 10 year old girl much less some soccer hooligans. Way to make America look good Frodo. Its not true to the real hooligan lifestyle and it makes Americans look like a bunch of wimps. The fighting looks so bad in certain parts of the movie its laughable. I won`t trash this movie anymore because quite simply, I`ve already wasted enough time as it is. I give it a generous C rating. |
