Odd but interesting

This was a very different movie. It went in all sorts of directions and turns and at times was hard to figure out who was crazier then whom. But the acting was good. The writing was good. I can't call the movie funny but there were some very funny lines and scenes. Yes there was the gay sex issues, yes the language was a bit raw but it was part of the whole mixed up mess this family was dealing with. There were scenes that were just stunning in the lead up as to how crazy things were. Visually, the house, the yard during one scene, the look of the movie was great. It's not for kids, but if you ever have been touched by mental illness growing up you may find this a good movie to see. |
