This movie is somewhat entertaining throughout, but it entirely falls apart at the end. Ok, I get it, he's battling with his alter egos he created when he was in solitary... but so what? They make it seem as though there is some profound, sophisticated message the viewer should retain from this film but it is utterly empty. The twist was predictable and there are more than an acceptable amount of plot holes. The acting is pretty good, and the directing was interesting. I won't lie, I was thoroughly entertained throughout, but in the end it turned out to be a bunch of horsecrap. A number of reviewers here seem to believe there is something to be gained from this movie, but I assure you that they either are a sucker for a twist, of they just have their heads up their asses. |
