Like Lost in Translation, Pleasantville and Crash, many Americans won't like Constant Gardener because it's neither a subject they've experienced nor one they want to think about.
It isn't fun and it doesn't entertain, but from my experience traveling in Asia, Central and South America for over 20 years, it's everyday real.
The acting and casting are superb. |
