I really wish I could give this movie a higher rating because I really did enjoy it, but too much of it that must have ended up on the cutting floor. The reviews say that "the sisters soon found out at the was a Jewish violist from Poland. Well, my friend and I never heard that he was Jewish or anything about the shipwreck and that he was on his way to America though he mentions wanting to go to America. The scenery and the music were wonderful, but the story just left too many loose ends and didn't explain a lot. |
