This documentary is perfect for those who really love Broadway. It is fascinating to see how a show is created, funded, rehearsed, and finally moved to Broadway.
The film follows 4 Broadway shows from 2004 from start to finish, culminating with the 2004 Tony awards where many of the people featured in the movie are nominated.
My favorite part was watching the so called "experts", the theatre critics, chatting about what was good or what was going to be popular -- of course they were totally mistaken! |
