strange experiment

I can't really understand this French
experiment into the 3DCG world. This is a strange combination of CG-animation and film. Characters and sets are based on the comics of Enki Bilal, especially "La Trilogie Nikopol'. The director tried to imitate Bilal's artwork. The acting is very insignificant and more attention is payed to the visuals, which are very nice. This is what got my attention from the trailers. But the movie overall is rather boring. Two intertwining stories: one story about a woman Jill, artificially produced, just a few months old, trying to become human.
And a story of the Egyptian god Horus, sentenced to lose his immortality and trying to create offspring with a human woman.
And a third story: a group of revolutionaries trying to upset a 'George Orwell's 1984' like governement. Leader Nikopol, sentenced to hibernation, accidently set free, gets possessed by Horus to impregnate Jill. Not very impressive and not very well acted.
