'The Aristocrats' Makes Discomfort Hilarious

First a piece of advice: If you see this film, wear rubber underwear and bring tissue, because you are going to pee yourself and laugh 'til you cry.

Paul Provenza's directing and Emory Emory's editing make this film a brilliantly timed comic masterpiece. It is not for everyone; if you are easily offended, stay away from this movie ... and get some therapy, because you are waaaay too sensitive. But if you're not a *@%%$, you'll LOVE it.

'The Aristocrats' pushes the edge of what is acceptable to say. It also illustrates the power of words. If you don't feel a little sick as you listen to the joke -- if it doesn't make you squirm -- then you REALLY need to contact that therapist. Now. But if you can shrink from certain images and still laugh at how completely over-the-top the comic is being, then, essentially, you're laughing at yourself -- a clear sign of good mental health.

The political timing of the film is also impeccable, as we now seem to be losing civil rights on a daily basis. The freedom of speech is celebrated by this movie, and Provenza and Jillette are to be commended for their vision in its creation.

%^@# me, I can't wait for the DVD.
