I just finished watching this movie with my Wife and we liked it. Was it sophomoric and stupid in places?...well yes.But I was laughing more then not and bout half way through the movie the characters were more appealing and I ended up liking them all. Sure it got a little syrupy at the end, but it is supposed to be a feel good movie. All in all if you need a lift go see Benchwarmers. Its mindless fun with a good message. (There is some swearing and sexually suggestive material so its not for kids under 12 in my opinion.) |
