As a huge fan of Jane Austen, I wasn't sure what to expect from another version of Pride and Prejudice. Keira Knightly played a perfect role of Elizabeth Bennet. It's not an easy role to play Elizabeth, but she delivered without any flaws. The adaptation was superb because it is a pretty long story. I wasn't sure how they were going to put that in a 2-hour movie, but they did a great job. I always thought that no one else could play Darcy except for Colin Firth, but Matthew MacFadyen was dreamy. I waited a long time for a good movie, and it was worth the wait. |
